The Ritual
Dose: 18g ground Rooibos
Prep: Pour 80ml water (90°C) into the chamber.
Extraction: Stir for 10 seconds. Press slowly for 30 seconds into the cup.

Press the hot concentrate directly onto 4-5 ice cubes for a refreshing shock.

HEATWater must be 90-95°C. Just off the boil. Never active boiling.
TEXTURESteam milk to a cozy
60-65°C. Aim for silky, not scalded.
