Are these the final session times?這是最終確定場次嗎？
Yes. The workshops run from 14:30 to 15:30 and 16:00 to 17:00 HKT on Sunday, 22 November 2026, with six spots per session.是的。工作坊於 2026 年 11 月 22 日（星期日）香港時間 14:30 至 15:30 及 16:00 至 17:00 舉行，每場限六位。
How will payment work?付款程序是怎樣的？
Pay using the instructions above, upload a valid receipt, then submit the form. Nam Fei Goods verifies the actual payment and availability before confirming by WhatsApp or email. Uploading a receipt alone does not confirm a spot. If you underpay, we will contact you to pay the balance; your booking stays unconfirmed until the full amount is received and verified. If your booking remains unconfirmed 24 hours after you receive the submission acknowledgment, we will refund the amount paid, less HK$50. What if you cannot reach me about a sold-out booking?如額滿預約需退款，但無法聯絡我，會怎樣處理？
For a paid booking that cannot be confirmed because the session is full, we will try to contact you with one phone call, one WhatsApp message and one email. If we receive no response or still lack the details needed to arrange your refund by 23:59 HKT on day 7, we will close the booking and stop routine follow-ups.如已付款預約因場次額滿而無法確認，我們會嘗試致電一次、發送一則 WhatsApp 訊息及一封電郵聯絡您。如截至第 7 天香港時間 23:59，仍未收到您的回覆，或仍未取得安排退款所需的資料，我們將關閉預約，並停止例行跟進。
If your refund details are still missing, your full refund remains pending until 23:59 HKT on day 30. Both periods use calendar days, including weekends and public holidays. For submitted bookings, the booking date counts as day 1, even if you book at 23:59. Please provide all the details needed to arrange your refund by the day-30 deadline. Refunds cannot be arranged if the required details are not received by this deadline.如仍未收到所需退款資料，全額退款將暫待處理至第 30 天香港時間 23:59。上述兩個期限均按曆日計算，包括週末及公眾假期。如已提交預約，預約當日為第 1 天，即使於當日 23:59 預約亦然。請於第 30 天的期限前提供安排退款所需的全部資料。如未能於期限前收到所需資料，將無法安排退款。
Can I request spots for a group or join the waitlist?可以預留同行親友名額或加入候補名單嗎？
Yes, up to six spots per session. If the form does not allow your full party size, contact us on WhatsApp to check live availability. If the session is full, contact us to join the waitlist.可以，每場最多六個名額。若表格不允許您選擇整個同行團隊的人數，請透過 WhatsApp 聯絡我們查詢即時空位。如場次已滿，請聯絡我們加入候補名單。
What are the cancellation, no-show and session-change terms?取消、缺席及更改場次的條款是什麼？
Guest cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable. Request a session change at least 48 hours before your scheduled session; changes depend on availability. Refunds for weather cancellations, cancellations by Nam Fei Goods and verified duplicate payments have a HK$50 fee deducted. Verified duplicate payments are refunded within seven days. Sold-out paid bookings receive the full refund described above, without a fee.賓客自行取消或缺席均不設退款。請至少於預約場次開始前 48 小時提出更改要求，更改須視乎名額而定。因天氣或南非好嘢取消活動，以及經核實的重複付款退款，均扣除港幣 50 元費用。經核實的重複付款將於七天內退還。已付款但額滿的預約按上述安排全額退款，不扣除費用。
